If you take the time to create an account, you’ll be able to post private discussions with our support team. If you don’t want to create an account, you can still create a public discussion in our discussion area , or email us at one of the addresses above.
Support Hours: Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST
We do our best to reply to your support ticket within 30-60 minutes during support hours, and before end of day during non-support hours.
