SMTP access

I have purchased a plan of 100K mails per month. But I just found out that I do not have SMTP access. Can you please remove this limitation from my account?

    The credentials for SMTP access are listed at:

    https://sarl.postageapp.com/mail-servers/8528/edit

    Let me know if you need anything else.

    i still can't access to my mail server.
    here's the error i've got " You have requested access to send via SMTP but this request has not been processed."

    i can't add my username and password so i can access to my server.
