For the last 2 days all emails are stuck in "DELIVERING" status. Can you please look into this issue. Is this a problem across all postage app accounts, or just my account. Is there something I can do on my end to resolve this issue?

Please do let me know.

Thank you.

I'm having a look into this. It seems like some of your API calls have the attachments property set as an empty string, it should be a hash, which is causing unexpected problems later on when trying to process it.

This shouldn't block your sending and we're looking to identify a fix and deploy it, but in the interim if you can track down where that's coming from and remove it that should resolve the problem.

If you need any help with this, just let me know.

That's probably cause there are no attachments with those emails. Now that
you mention it there is a pattern only the ones with no attachments are in
delivering status. I just tried sending some with attachments and they were
    successfully sent.

To send a message with no attachments it's sufficient to simply omit the attachments field. The API is expecting a structure like { "attachment_name" : { ... } } in JSON.

Adding "attachments": { } should also work.

We'll roll out a fix for this issue shortly. We're just testing it to see if there's any other related issues.

Yes that what I did now. I have set attachment to array instead of empty
string. And it's now working perfectly fine. Its weird we didn't experience
this issue before we have been using this feature like this for the past
    two years.

Anyways, thank you so much for all your help and quick responses. It was
greatly useful in solving the issue.

Sorry for the trouble there! We're trying to better define what's acceptable at the API level in the interests of avoiding surprises later, and this particular case slipped through.

Let me know if there's anything else you need help with.
