I am trying to send email to my client "[email blocked]" with my Postage App Script but unfortunately we are getting following error:-

Jan 04 00:30:21 Transmission Created
Jan 04 00:30:26 Error: Mismatched Envelope and From Domains
Jan 04 00:30:26 Failed.

Please find attachment for more confirmation. I checked Postage App docs but didn`t find any solution.
My account is related with "[email blocked]".

The message we're getting back from the receiving MTA is "Administrative prohibition" but I'm not sure exactly what's causing that. That specific error doesn't occur very frequently and is always quite ambiguous.

It's possible that the receiving party has blocked your emails either automatically or you've tripped up some automatic restriction.

It's worth noting that your SPF records are misconfigured, so I'd address that first to be sure you're not actually blocking your own email through those rules.

You can check the status here:

A misconfigured SPF rule may be commanding servers to disregard your email as fraudulent.

If you need any help getting that set up, let me know.

    Hi Scott,

Thanks for reply. As per your guide we applied SPF for
    Please check it
TXT v=spf1 a mx ptr ?all

But same error exists when we are trying to send email to "[email blocked]"

    Please look at it.
